A good way to start the day?

Ok, so I won't win mother of the year award when the judges find out I gave mini#2 a Poptart for breakfast this morning. Blueberry. I buy fruit flavors. Never the chocolate flavors. And he had a banana. Does this win any points back? However, he did give this tired woman a very good laugh at 8:12 a.m. He usually likes them right out of the package. This morning he advised me "Mom, I want my poptart roasted this morning." So I pulled out the toaster and said, "Ok, sweet baby. I'll roast your poptart." Priceless.

LOL! Well, my kids have not had poptarts BUT I am not going to play Mother Superior because they have had Wendy's this week for dinner and they both had packaged mac & cheese this week more times than I want to admit.

I still think they'll have a good chance of going to college. ;-)

Too funny...I love that he asked for them roasted. Don't feel bad...we're a guilty of this...the divas had Entenmann's donuts this just morning....GASP! :)

HA! So funny! There are just those mornings when all you can do is a pop-tart. Hey, you gave him a banana for Pete's sake! AND I'm sure there was some sort of blueberry nutrition in there somewhere. Sounds like a great breakfast to me. Good job, mom.
Mine like pop-tarts, too. One boy likes his toasted because he doesn't want it "raw". serenity now...

I still think pop-tarts meet two of the major food group requirements!!
